Hello. My name is Kristian Damkier, and welcome to my travel blog. I am currently based in Sacramento, but I am fortunate to call both California and Arizona as home after splitting my life in the two places. My main hobbies are photography and travel, which is why I created this blog to share my travels with the world. Hopefully I can share a little of the fun both of these bring to me.
After tons of fan mail and numerous requests from world leaders, I hereby inaugurate my official travel blog as Damkier's Travels. My picture at right captures several of my favorites all at once - travel (Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany), beer, and the San Francisco Giants.
